The REFOREST project

Agroforestry at the forefront of farming sustainably in multifunctional landscapes in Europe – REFOREST Project (hereinafter referred to as “REFOREST”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a Horizon Europe project funded under the Land, Ocean and Water call for climate action, specific topic: HORIZON-CL6-2021-CLIMATE-01-08: Agroforestry to meet climate, biodiversity, and agricultural sustainability goals. REFOREST is coordinated by CESKA ZEMEDELSKA UNIVERZITA V PRAZE (CZU) and brings together a significant group of 14 institutions from 10 European countries: https://agroreforest.eu/partners/. Europroject maintains this website (“the Service”) on behalf of the REFOREST consortium members.

Data Policy

Our Data Policy aims to outline how we use any personal data you provide us with whilst visiting the REFOREST website. Your privacy and the security of your data are of utmost importance to us. Although, no method of data transmission over the Internet, or indeed method of electronic storage, is one hundred percent secure, we will ensure that any data processed we use also implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the information you have provided us with.

Personal Data

Whilst using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to either contact you or identify you. Personal Data may include your Email address, first name and last name, Cookies and/or usage data.

Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Analytical Data

We gather analytical data through Google Analytics. This data is collected at macro level based on all visitors to the website. All Analytical Data is anonymized and therefore not personally identifiable.
