Meghat\u00e1rozt\u00e1k a mintav\u00e9teli helyek pontos hely\u00e9t, \u00e9s kijel\u00f6lt\u00e9k a kontrollhelyeket. A felm\u00e9r\u00e9seket k\u00e9t agroerd\u00e9szeti rendszerben v\u00e9gezt\u00e9k: vegyes gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcs\u00f6s \u00e9s vegyes di\u00f3fa rendszerekben. A vegyes di\u00f3fa- \u00e9s di\u00f3fa-rendszer eset\u00e9ben a kontroll egy szomsz\u00e9dos, takarm\u00e1nyn\u00f6v\u00e9nnyel bevetett sz\u00e1nt\u00f3f\u00f6ld volt, m\u00edg a vegyes gy\u00fcm\u00f6lcs\u00f6s rendszer eset\u00e9ben egy szomsz\u00e9dos, bevetetlen sz\u00e1nt\u00f3f\u00f6ld. A helysz\u00edni megbesz\u00e9l\u00e9sek sor\u00e1n az eredetileg a 3.2. feladatban kidolgozott mintav\u00e9teli protokollt a helysz\u00edni k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyekhez igaz\u00edtott\u00e1k. A f\u00e1kt\u00f3l val\u00f3 n\u00e9gy t\u00e1vols\u00e1got tartalmaz\u00f3 gradiens helyett k\u00e9t t\u00e1vols\u00e1got v\u00e1lasztottak: az egyik k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl a f\u00e1k mellett, a m\u00e1sik pedig a f\u00e1k k\u00f6z\u00f6tt k\u00f6z\u00e9pen. Erre a m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sra az\u00e9rt volt sz\u00fcks\u00e9g, mert a f\u00e1kat csak egy-k\u00e9t \u00e9vvel a megfigyel\u00e9s megkezd\u00e9se el\u0151tt \u00fcltett\u00e9k el, \u00edgy hat\u00e1suk els\u0151sorban a k\u00f6zeli t\u00e1vols\u00e1gokban volt \u00e9rz\u00e9kelhet\u0151. A k\u00f6zvetett t\u00e1vols\u00e1gok ebben az \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u00e9sben v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an nem lesznek jelent\u0151sek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mindk\u00e9t rendszerben 30 x 10 m\u00e9teres k\u00eds\u00e9rleti parcell\u00e1kat alak\u00edtottak ki, valamint a megfelel\u0151 kontrollokat. A 30 m\u00e9teres hossz\u00fas\u00e1got az\u00e9rt v\u00e1lasztottuk, mert bizonyos biol\u00f3giai sokf\u00e9les\u00e9ggel kapcsolatos mintav\u00e9telek megk\u00f6vetelt\u00e9k, hogy a ter\u00fcletek legal\u00e1bb 10 m\u00e9ter t\u00e1vols\u00e1gra legyenek egym\u00e1st\u00f3l. Felt\u00e9telezve, hogy minden v\u00e1ltozat eset\u00e9ben n\u00e9gy ism\u00e9tl\u00e9st k\u00edv\u00e1ntak, ezeket egyetlen metszet ment\u00e9n, 0, 10, 20 \u00e9s 30 m\u00e9teres t\u00e1vols\u00e1gban helyezt\u00e9k el. A 10 m\u00e9teres sz\u00e9less\u00e9get a f\u00e1k sorai k\u00f6z\u00f6tti 20 m\u00e9teres t\u00e1vols\u00e1g miatt v\u00e1lasztottuk. A mintav\u00e9telt \u00fagy tervezt\u00fck, hogy a transzekt a f\u00e1k ment\u00e9n haladjon, \u00e9s el\u00e9rje a sz\u00e1nt\u00f3f\u00f6ld k\u00f6zep\u00e9t (l\u00e1sd 1-3. \u00e1bra). A 10 cm \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 Barber-f\u00f6ldcsapd\u00e1kat \u00fagy tervezt\u00e9k, hogy hat\u00e9konyan fogj\u00e1k meg a talajon \u00e9l\u0151 rovarokat. A 30 cm \u00e1tm\u00e9r\u0151j\u0171 s\u00e1rga beporz\u00f3csapd\u00e1kat az alacsony n\u00f6v\u00e9nyzet magass\u00e1ga miatt k\u00f6zvetlen\u00fcl a talajra helyezt\u00fck.
